Aerial photography is a tried and tested method to seek out new archaeological sites and to survey existing ones. The use of Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (SUAV) is ushering in a new era by providing a cheaper and more versatile way to capture high quality aerial images.  CITiZAN will demonstrate the value of SUAVs in rapidly surveying complex sites in hazardous environments.
