Workshop: South Shields Sea Plane Ramp

Join CITiZAN for a one-day workshop at Littlehaven foreshore at South Shields to help record the remains of a sea plan launching ramp which is at serious risk of erosion and has not previous been recorded. This is free one-day event and no previous experience is needed.
Meet at the River Drive car park (close to Littlehave Hotel) at 10.30am. Please be aware that the parking in Pay and Display. Toilets and hand washing facilities are a bit of a walk and are located at The Haven Leasuire Centre. Please bring suitable footwear and clothing for all weather types.
The terrain down onto the foreshore a gentle slope on a footpath and should be accessible for most. The site is a 5 min walk from the car park.
