Description

Boundary post marking the entrance to the Mersey Dock dated 1873. Second post located at grid reference SJ 33860 90418

Record update (21/01/2020) C. Kolonko- Map regression and consultation of available aerial photographs reveal that these boundary posts indicate the North-East extent of the original entrance to the floating roadway (CITiZAN ref: 25165)
